The result of this challenge was the SIGMA 18-35mm F1.8 DC HSM | Art, the first zoom in the world to offer an incredible opening of F1.8 at all focal lengths. Based on this concept, SIGMA has developed the new SIGMA 24-35mm F2 DG HSM | Art for full-size sensor SLR. It allows the photographer to carry only one lens to achieve the work of three fixed lenses: 24mm, 28mm and 35mm - with the brightness of the F2 and exceptional optical performance, providing flexibility and ease of use. In particular, it offers focal lengths of 24mm and 35mm equivalent to the performance of two premium fixed lenses of the Art line.

A zoom range that covers the focal lengths of three major fixed major angular lenses

Remarkable handling and comfort of use

With a minimum focusing distance of 28cm and a maximum magnification ratio of 1: 4.4, it is suitable for proxiphotography, portrait with attractive bokeh and landscape photography. The photographer actually has three wide angle lenses without having to change them. If it is often difficult to obtain harmonious blurred backgrounds with a wide angle, the large diameter makes it possible to have a very large maximum aperture and to obtain impressive visual effects.
