Tegenwoordig is het merk vertegenwoordigd in meer dan 40 markten over de hele wereld en in 2009 kreeg Deerhunter een koninklijk bevel als hofleverancier aan het Koninklijk Deense hof.
Deerhunter is onderdeel van het familiebedrijf textielbedrijf F. Engel, dat in 1927 werd opgericht en dat zich bezighoudt met het ontwerpen, produceren en verkopen van werkkleding, herenkleding en jachtkleding in heel Europa.
